At Dog is Human, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your premium gear. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure trackable and secure transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair, then securely seal your box and attach the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
